Richview is a neighbourhood that houses residential, middle class incomes. Situated a few minutes away from the Pearson International Airport, Richview offers its residents excellent amenities, which include a number of parks, transportation routes and shopping plazas.
Richview consists primarily of single-family homes. The neighbourhood is known to be organized and structured, geometrically. The street patterns however are still similar to the World War II suburbs. Yet, there is a major six-lane arterial roadway, which makes transportation easier. There are four major four-lane arterial roads, namely Kipling Avenue, Islington Avenue, Martin Grove Road and Royal York Road.
There are various small neighbourhoods within Richview, complementing its diversity even more. One of them is called Willowridge, which covers the triangle of the west of Martin Grove.
Currently, Richview is undergoing development. The neighbourhood has observed a real estate boom over the last few years and is becoming a popular destination for people looking to move out side of the downtown core.
